Funky music, dialogue and sound effects from one of the most notorious blaxploitation movies ever. The Black Gestapo, directed by Lee Frost in 1975 and starring Rod Perry, Charles P. Robinson Phil Hoover and Ed Gross tells the tale of an inner-city People's Army established to relieve the misery of the citizens of Watts, Los Angeles. After Mafia thugs put increasing pressure on the locals, the Army's second-in-command asks for permission to start a protection squad to take more direct action.
