The Kid With The Broken Halo (1982, TV Movie)

Watch out world! Ready or not, here comes Andy LeBeau. It's Heaven's answer to the celestial question: What do you do with a wayward, wisecracking 12-year-old angel who's in and out of trouble so often that he's more in need of a guardian than most of the poor humans he's supposed to be watching over? Andy's exasperated teacher wants to send him to the "other place." But a higher authority intervenes, and Andy is given one last chance to earn his wings. And how he goes about it provides light-hearted, whimsical, angelic entertainment for the entire family.
