Strapped (1993, TV Movie)

Ex-con, Diquan Mitchell (Woodbine) is attempting to live a straight life and start providing for his pregnant girlfriend, Latisha. When Latisha is arrested for selling crack, Mitchell decides to cooperate with weapons cop, Matthew McRae (Biehn) to help turn in illegal weapons dealers in return for getting the charges dropped for his girlfriend. When Mitchell's attempt are not enough for the DA, he finds himself selling guns with an old partner (Starr) to come up with bail money, which leads to serious double crossings and game playing.
