Storyline
Jason (Sharron Corley) and Midget (Gabriel Casseus) are two teenagers living the in the projects of Newark, New Jersey, which at the time was considered the car theft capital of the world. Jason and his neighborhood friends would steal cars and take them for joyrides to pass time; excepts one of the friends stole a local policeman's car who now has a vendetta for the thieves. In efforts to survive the projects, Midget discovers he can make cash from the cars they steal, but the constant trailing of the police and the teenagers inability to not stay out of trouble keeps Jason constantly on the run from the law, the projects, and himself.
