Storyline

When his collectors start to get brutally attacked and robbed, numbers operations chief King Lathrop soon realizes that someone is trying to put him out of business. He calls in protection agency chief — lean, tall, and mean Velvet Smooth and her crew: Ria, a smart Spanish law student who uses her fists as well as brain, and Frankie, a sweet-looking girl who is a fighting whirlwind.

Storyline

Johnny Barrows (Fred Williamson, Black Cesar) is a Vietnam vet who received a dishonorable discharge and is now unemployed and living on the streets of Los Angeles. A mobster (Stuart Whitman) offers him a job in the syndicate to kill the rival drug-running DaVinci family (led by Roddy McDowall, PLANET OF THE APES).
