Child of Resistance (1973)

Storyline
Inspired by a dream director Haile Gerima had after seeing Angela Davis handcuffed on television, Child of Resistance follows a woman (Barbara O. Jones) who has been imprisoned as a result of her fight for social justice.  In a film that challenges linear norms of time and space, Gerima explores the woman’s dreams for liberation and fears for her people through a series of abstractly rendered fantasies.

An Italian photojournalist falls madly in love with a young black women he meets while on assignment in Egypt. She goes with him when he returns to Italy and the two soon get married. But the small town he is from is not quite so friendly nor open-minded to his new bride, and racism and petty jealousy threaten to break up their once idyllic happiness.

Storyline
A U.S. plane carrying $200 million in gold is hijacked by the Vietcong and the gold is brought to their connection in Lao. An international anti-drug agency must get the gold and there is only one man who can do it, Richard Hill (Greg Morris), leader of S.T.A.B., a small group of extremely tough mercenaries. His wage demands 5 million dollars!! The group face adversities as they move closer to their target, which somebody in the group being a spy with intentions of sabotaging their mission.
